Spraggins has served the construction industry for more than 45 years. We supply, distribute, and install cabinets, countertops, and flooring for leading developers and general contractors throughout Florida and the Southeast.
We are seeking an organized, results-driven Field Manager to join our new, fast-growing commercial division. This role manages projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they stay organized, on schedule, and within budget.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Division Manager and serve as a key contact for customers, vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through installation and closeout.
- Review contracts, plans, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, documentation, and action items.
- Coordinate materials, labor, subcontractors, deliveries, and installations.
- Communicate project status and requirements to customers and internal teams.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, approvals, and billing documentation.
- Monitor project costs, deadlines, and potential risks.
- Resolve issues involving materials, schedules, installation, scope, or billing.
- Support invoicing, collections, and project closeout.
- Help develop processes for the growing commercial division.
Qualifications
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
- Professional and confident when working with customers and project partners.
- Able to read construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Comfortable learning new software and processes.
- Construction project management or subcontractor experience preferred.
- Experience with cabinets, countertops, flooring, or finish trades is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit jobsites as needed.
