CEO
Michael L. Spraggins, Jr. is the CEO of Spraggins and is based in Orlando, Florida. At Spraggins Inc., he focuses on building trade and service businesses where expertise is valued, performance is recognized, and structured operations drive consistent results.
He is also co-founder and chairman of Fortis Green, an infrastructure investment platform focused on emerging markets, and founder of LifeNet International, a nonprofit organization working to strengthen healthcare systems across Africa.
Michael began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he earned his CPA, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Auburn University.
He lives in Orlando with his wife, Beth, and enjoys spending time with their three children.

Jeffrey Agar serves as President & Shareholder of Spraggins Inc. He brings more than 30 years of experience in residential real estate, including senior leadership roles with national homebuilders and work across development, construction, and renovation.
Jeff joined Spraggins in 2018, bringing a broad perspective on how projects are planned, built, and delivered.
He grew up in South Florida and married his Florida Atlantic University college sweetheart, Dana, in 1993. They have four children.

Dan Kelly serves as President & Shareholder of Contractor Source, a subsidiary of Spraggins Inc. Since joining the company in 2017, he has led fabrication, logistics, and builder services before launching Contractor Source.
He focuses on building a scalable platform that simplifies complex projects through streamlined processes and operational efficiency.
Prior to Spraggins, Dan spent 16 years with WIS International, where he served as Regional Vice President. Originally from Michigan, he attended Michigan State University and relocated to Florida in 2011.
Dan is a devoted husband and father of four and brings a values-driven approach to leadership.
